Service Nature & Safe Harbor
Ang DLMOD ay technical service provider. Hindi kami nagho-host, nagso-store, o nag-iindex ng video content. Ang videos ay galing sa third-party platforms. Qualifed kami sa safe harbor dahil: • Wala kaming alam sa infringing material • Mabilis kaming umaaksyon para tanggalin ang access kapag na-notify • Wala kaming financial benefit sa infringing activity • May designated agent kami para sa DMCA notices
Pag-file ng DMCA Notice
Para mag-file ng valid DMCA takedown notice, mag-email sa [email protected] kasama ang: 1. Signature ng copyright owner (o authorized agent) 2. Identification ng copyrighted work 3. Identification ng infringing material (sapat para mahanap namin) 4. Contact info mo (address, phone, email) 5. Statement of good faith belief na hindi authorized ang paggamit 6. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury Hindi kami sasagot sa kulang na notices.
Counter-Notification
Kung sa tingin mo ay mali ang pagtanggal, mag-file ng counter-notification kasama ang: 1. Signature mo 2. Identification ng tinanggal na material at dating lokasyon nito 3. Statement under penalty of perjury na nagkamali lang ng identification 4. Name, address, phone number mo 5. Consent sa jurisdiction ng federal court 6. Statement na tatanggap ka ng service of process Irerestore namin ang access sa loob ng 10-14 business days kung valid, maliban na lang kung mag-file ng kaso ang complainant.
Repeat Infringer Policy
May policy kami na i-terminate ang access ng repeat infringers. Ang users na paulit-ulit lumalabag sa copyright ay pwedeng ma-block permanent sa DLMOD.
