DMCA Policy

Last Updated: December 2025

DLMOD respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims.

Service Nature & Safe Harbor

DLMOD operates as a technical service provider under DMCA Section 512. We do not host, store, or index video content. Videos are fetched in real-time from third-party platforms and streamed directly to users. We qualify for safe harbor protection as we: • Do not have actual knowledge of infringing material • Act expeditiously to remove/disable access upon notification • Do not receive financial benefit from infringing activity • Have designated an agent for receiving DMCA notices

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), email [email protected] with: 1. Physical or electronic signature of copyright owner (or authorized agent) 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed 3. Identification of the infringing material with sufficient information to locate it 4. Your contact information (address, phone, email) 5. Statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized 6. Statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner Incomplete notices may not receive a response.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing: 1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of removed material and its prior location 3. Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification 4. Your name, address, phone number 5. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district 6. Statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant Upon valid counter-notification, we may restore access within 10-14 business days unless complainant files court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA requirements, we maintain a policy to terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who repeatedly violate copyright may have their access to DLMOD permanently blocked.

Designated Agent

DMCA Designated Agent: Email: [email protected] Note: This agent is designated exclusively for DMCA notices. General inquiries should be sent to [email protected].

Important Notes

• Since we don't host content, traditional takedowns don't apply. We can block specific URLs or domains upon valid request. • For content removal, contact the source platform directly (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). • This policy applies to claims under US law. EU users may also reference the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790).
