We collect minimal data necessary for service operation: • Server Logs: IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and browser user-agent for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Logs are automatically deleted after 7 days. • Cookies: Essential cookies for language preferences only (no tracking or advertising cookies). • Video URLs: URLs you submit are processed in real-time but not stored permanently. We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, payment information, or any data requiring user accounts.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for: • Service Operation: Processing video download requests • Security: Detecting and preventing abuse, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized access • Performance: Temporary metadata caching to improve response times Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6): Legitimate interests in providing and securing our service.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only when necessary: • Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection (Privacy Shield certified) • Source Platforms: Video data originates from TikTok, Instagram, etc. under their terms We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention & Security
• Server logs: 7 days, then permanently deleted • Video metadata cache: 1 hour maximum • Cookies: Session-based or until browser settings change Security measures include HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and regular security audits.
Children's Privacy
DLMOD is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately for deletion.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure adequate protection through Cloudflare's data processing agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
